We realize that many of our customers are suffering financial hardship, and their ability to pay rent may be impacted. The moratorium applies only to those whose ability to pay rent is DIRECTLY impacted by the Covid-19 . However, rent is not waived, it is merely being deferred. All unpaid rent will become due upon the moratorium being lifted. As such, for those whose income is affected, we srongly recommend they pay what they can to prevent buiding up a large unpaid rent balance. Please remeber, the pandemic is only temporary. We wil all get through it together.
